• The required and acquired skills of employees become transparent and auditable
• Workforce training becomes continuously monitored
• Conducting and documenting training sessions becomes easier and requires a lot less administrative work
• The entire training history of an employee is available
• A list of employees with the appropriate skills for the given time is available by work area
• The eligibility and health examinations of employees and their expiration are also under continuous control
