About the Application
The Kyrtech – Traceability EOL software is a highly efficient system for finished product inspection and packaging.
The system performs the following tasks during the release of finished products:
- Freely programmable packaging process in the form of product specifications.
- Product identification: only products and accompanying components that meet the specification can be placed in the box, based on data read from the production line.
- Management of unique identifiers.
- Tracking of the quantity to be produced and the quantity already produced.
- Weight control: the program checks the product type and quantity based on real-time weighing.
- End-of-line visual inspections and recording their results for the respective box.
- Printing of various types of accompanying labels.
- Verification of proper packaging based on weight data.
- Scrap management, including error codes and scrap quantity tracking.
- Handling of partial boxes and remnants.
- Repackaging (REWORK).
- Elementary-level logging of the entire inspection and boxing process.
- Reporting of all data content, automatic generation of KPIs and statistics.
- Product tracking: retrieval of products/boxes based on unique identifiers.
