Quality Control

The Kyrtech – TR quality software enables quality control based on images scanned from cameras.

The images can be either microscopic or normal-sized, and users can perform various length and angle measurements, as well as quantity checks. The program saves the measurement lines and values in the report.
Based on the validity rules provided for each value, the program either passes or fails the product.
The system also allows for and stores the visual inspections required for the product and their results.

Additional Features

Specifies the mandatory sampling quantity during production alongside the manufacturing unit and checks the completion of tests.
Independently saves the reports at the production line and automatically synchronizes them to the central storage at a specified frequency.
Stores all reports with the associated images and measurement cases in a closed system.
Reports can also be exported in PDF format.
