This software is specifically designed to manage the maintenance and repair tasks of injection molding tools.
It plans preventive and refurbishment maintenance based on shot count. It also allows for the execution of unplanned tasks such as repairs, retooling, and upgrades.
The program is capable of automatically receiving real-time performance data from any MES system or directly from production units.
The status of tools is visually displayed, grouped by product, making it easy to see which tool is in production, under maintenance, or available if needed.
Each tool has a unique communication interface, which greatly facilitates information transfer and teamwork.
The program includes specific data and parameters of the injection molding technology, which are registered in the system through a separate standardization process.
Custom data sheets and checklists can be configured, which will always or conditionally be mandatory elements of your maintenance.
